Rachel graduated from Carroll University with her Master of Occupational Therapy, after earning her B.A. in Psychology from Augustana College. Rachel’s experience in the outpatient pediatric setting has allowed her to work with clients with various conditions, including sensory processing disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, neurological conditions, and genetic disorders. She is trained in the Learning Without Tears handwriting curriculum and frequently uses the Zones of Regulation program. Rachel enjoys implementing fun, creative treatment activities and creating individualized home programs for each of her clients. She is passionate about providing family-centered care that enhances her clients’ independence and confidence in their everyday skills. In her free time, Rachel enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
