Telehealth visits are a time-saving, convenient way to continue your child’s therapy. Our telehealth services ensure that all our families can access and benefit from the services they need.
As a new patient or as a current patient, you can make a telehealth appointment by contacting our offices at 312-588-5050. Your child will need access to the internet via a smartphone, computer or tablet. Your child may need an adult to get them started and often, we do involve parents and caregivers in the telehealth visit.
If your child is a new patient, we’ll need your physician’s prescription with diagnosis and recommended therapies and health insurance information.
You’ll find Imagine Pediatrics Therapy telehealth visits are conducted just as professionally and carefully as your child’s in-person visits. Your therapists will focus on your child’s individual plan of care and continue to make strides in improving their functional skills.
