Behavioral Health

Behavioral Health counseling can give your family the tools to solve communication challenges that impact family relationships. We can assist parents in addressing and modifying challenging or disruptive behaviors in the home or school.

Your child and family can benefit from behavioral/counseling support if you are having difficulty with:

  • Managing a high level of daily stress that is negatively impacting your physical or emotional health.
  • Understanding how your child’s needs impact their behavior and how to effectively respond to challenging behavior.
  • Difficulty with daily routines such as bedtime, getting ready for school, or mealtime.
  • Developmental diagnosis such as ASD or Sensory Dysregulation.
  • Mental Health diagnosis such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, or ADHD.
  • Challenges within sibling relationships or sibling behavior.
  • Major life changes such as divorce, physical or mental illness, or death of a loved one.
  • Advocating for your child with the medical or educational system.
  • Need supportive community resources such as therapeutic recreation activities, SSI, respite care, and disability specific support groups.
