Keeping Families, Children, and Employees Safe

At Imagine Pediatrics, the health and safety of the children and families we serve and all our team members is our priority. We continue to closely monitor recommendations from public health officials regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

To ensure the safety of all, we have implemented the following COVID-19 REGULATIONS:

  • Wearing a facemask properly, covering both entire nose and chin, is mandatory for anyone entering the facility
  • Only the child receiving care and one primary caregiver are allowed entry
  • Our waiting room area is closed to minimize the number of people in the clinic
  • All children and caregivers will be screened upon entry and asked the following questions:

1 – In the last 14 days, have you, any member of your household, or anyone with you today tested positive for COVID-19?

2 – Are you, any member of your household, or anyone with you today currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19?

Symptoms include any ONE of the following:

  • Fever greater than or equal to 100°F (37.8°C)
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Sore throat
  • Runny nose or congestion
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting

3 – In the last 14 days, have you or anyone with you today traveled outside of the United States?

If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, we will not hold your session in the facility until you and your child are in good health. You are urged to use our Telehealth sessions to continue receiving care and therapies.

Restrictions are temporary and subject to change as necessary. We understand these visitor restrictions may be difficult, but we are committed to providing the safest environment possible for our children, our families and our team members.

We encourage you to join us in being careful, as well as mindful of others, during this time.

Sincerely,

The Imagine Team
